Always on the go, Parker enjoys spending time at his home in Lafayette with his wife Chelsea, everything fitness, and on occasion, can be found out about town playing music with friends. Parker is also known as one of the best ultimate frisbee player/handlers in the country, and participated as an instrumental player on team USA taking the Bronze Medal in the World Ultimate Frisbee championships in Lecco, Italy in 2014.

Throughout 25 years years of building, development, and real estate projects, Mr. Ackerman has always enjoyed working for best value with Clients on property projects of all types. Completed ssignments have ranged from the purchase of raw land through the design and development of structures, redevelopment, operation and sale of assets a wide variety of commercial and residential properties. Mr. Ackermans private practice is focused on providing strategic advantage to clients throughout the acquisition, finance, development, leasing, operation and sale of personal real estate and business properties.
Background in the industry began when Mr Ackerman founded Alpine West Homes in1992, to serve a rapidly growing demand for homes and structures using sustainable development technologies. In 1994 Michael became Superrated as an E-star Builder for the completion of a number of custom homes exhibiting sustainable development technologies in the areas of materials, energy performance, site impact, and structrual design. In 1995, he was awarded a Class A-unlimited Contractor licence in Colorado, and in 2000 became a representative for Timberpeg, the highest quality manufacturer of Post and Beam homes in the US. In 2002, Michael began informally providing development consulting to a small group of finance, development and healthcare professionals in New York which in 2009 lead to the formation of Cornerstone Group Holdings, and Michaels role as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Ackerman served a concurrently as Managing Director, KW Commercial Real Estate, from startup through the first few years of its growth. KWCRE was designed to regulate, train, provide compliance and manage the commercial real estate assignments and transactions of over 5,000 Agents Keller Williams in the Rocky Mountain region. Responsibilities included real etsate brokerage, agent and staff management, new business development, start to finish project design and implementation, business and finance advisory.
Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Colorado in 1992, and loves the outdoor lifestyle in Boulder. In his 'spare' time, Mike can be found enjoying family, woodworking, mountaineering, and playing golf. Michael also makes time each year to provide funds, work, and whatever else is needed to help non-profit organizations to move forward. Past non-profit and volunteer involvements include The Joshua School, The Temple Grandin School, MBA Foundation, Humane Society of the United States, Legacy Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Nederland Fire Protection District, The Denver Local Church, Special Olympics, and others.

As a lifelong native of Colorado, Josh O'Shea provides a strategic advantage for CREA Clients when making and managing real estate and related investments. Josh's ability to deliver strategic intelligence comes from holding a dual professional role, serving both as an Agent for CREA, as a Psychological Operations Specialist Agent with the United States Army.
